Dear Summit Commons family and friends,

Staff are required to wear masks in our facility. It is encouraged for visitors. If you are feeling unwell, please avoid in-person visitations as we can accommodate with virtual visits. If you are experiencing any symptoms while at our center, please inform the front desk where we can provide a rapid COVID-19 test. Masks are provided at the front desk as well. Visitors will be screened prior to entry.

This is a continued effort to maintain a safe home and work environment for the residents, visitors, and staff. We continue to closely monitor residents and staff for symptoms and continue to follow Department of Health guidelines.

We currently have one (1) staff member who tested positive for COVID-19.

We do not have any residents positive for COVID-19.
